Now serving as Executive Assistant to Nick Cowley, Lily plays an integral part in supporting high-level sales operations and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish. Working closely with Nick, she oversees campaign coordination, manages day-to-day operations, and ensures every detail is executed with precision and care.
Before starting in real estate, Lily was working toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. During this time, she developed key skills in communication, organisation, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure—qualities that are invaluable in her fast-paced executive support role.
